With the hospitality and leisure industry facing its most challenging period, it has never been more important to help develop your teams.

I continue to work with with  UKHospitality, Licensee Association and Music Venue Trust and their members. This gives me an understanding of the vital role played by this sector and I am able to use this to deliver a unique learning experience.

We will work closely with you to build bespoke learning material which fits your culture and approach. This is ideal for front-line employees of hotels, bars or restaurants needing to communicate confidently in English and maintain good customer relations.
